Its founders bring backgrounds in semi professional sport and physical education; years spent understanding what heat, cold and disciplined recovery actually do to the human body. That standard, not sentiment, is what built Kinfjord.

Beachfront contrast therapy is already established practice across the UK coastline; not a wellness trend, a routine. Northern NSW, with its health conscious population and world class oceans, was the obvious place to bring that standard and do it properly.

Built to belong

Kinfjord runs completely off-grid; solar powered, rainwater fed with no permanent mark left on the sites were welcomed onto. No slabs, no concrete, nothing that outstays its welcome on the land or coastline it sits on. This is what luxury should mean in a place like this; not excess but care.
